By signing below, you, the business owner/officer and the business entity listed above (collectively referred to as "you"), grant authorization to Brookestone Funding ("BF") and its representatives, successors, assigns, and associated parties involved in commercial loans or purchases of future receivables, including the application process (collectively referred to as "Transactions"). This authorization entails obtaining personal, business, and investigative reports, inclusive of credit card processor statements and bank statements, from various consumer reporting agencies like TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, Identity IQ, and other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, government entities, and third parties (referred to as "Recipients"). Furthermore, you authorize BF to transmit this application form, along with any pertinent information collected during the application process, to any or all of these Recipients for the aforementioned purposes. Your authorization also extends to the release of information related to you or your business by any creditor or financial institution, to BF and each of the Recipients. You allow BF to communicate with these Recipients on your behalf and represent you in dealings with them. Additionally, you grant permission for BF and its Recipients to reach out to you through text messages, automated calls, or email messages using the contact details provided above. Your signature indicates your understanding and agreement to these terms.
